I’ve always been drawn to real estate long before it became my career. Growing up in Syracuse, I loved watching the houses in my neighborhood and surrounding areas. I paid attention to how they were built, how they changed over time, and what made certain properties stand out. What started as curiosity eventually turned into a deeper understanding: real estate isn’t just about properties it’s about people, stability, and legacy.

That perspective is what led me to found Caver Properties LLC. I saw firsthand how property owners struggled to find reliable management and how tenants often felt like just a number. I knew there was a better way one built on trust, consistency, and a genuine commitment to doing things right.

My experience in property management has been hands on from the start. I’ve worked through the day to day realities tenant placement, maintenance, operations, and problem solving which has given me a practical understanding of what it takes to make a property successful. I don’t just look at real estate from the surface; I focus on long-term value and sustainable growth.

My goal is to grow Caver Properties into a brand known for professionalism, reliability, and results. With the growth happening in the area especially with companies like Micron Technology I’m focused on helping clients navigate new opportunities while staying grounded in what matters most: strong communities and lasting impact.
